Snow Pancakes


- 1 c. of flour
- 1 1/4 c. of milk
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1 c. of firmly packed
   fresh snow



  




Mix all of the ingredients (except the grease). Fry spoonfuls of the mix in the grease (2 to 3 minutes each side of pancake). Serve with molasses or maple syrup
