Fricot


- 2 or 3 onions
- 6 to 10 potatoes
- Water
- 6 small chicken legs

  

You can add salted onions or savory if you wish.
Salt and pepper to your taste.

Fry onions until golden brown. Peel and cube potatoes. Add the potatoes and cover with water. Boil until potatoes are half cooked. Fry the chicken legs in a frying pan. Add the chicken legs to the water and onions and cook. When the potatoes and chicken are cooked, the soup is ready to serve.
